Fleet size of airlines(2020)

 Dear friends and followers in today's blog we are going to discuss fleet size of different airlines so let's get started.

   Today we're going to discuss about Indian airlines.

First we have to know that which airlines are comes under our regulation authority (dgca) Air India, indigo, go air, spice jet, air vistara, air Asia etc.

1. Air India ( operational fleet size)- 

Airbus aircrafts

A319-100=22 aircrafts

A320-200=9 aircrafts

A320 neo=27 aircrafts

A321-200= 20 aircrafts

Boeing aircrafts

B747-400=4 aircrafts

B777-200LR=3 aircrafts

B777-300ER(extended range)=15 aircrafts

B787-8=27 aircrafts 

Total aircrafts in service are - 127( zero on order)

2. Indigo operational fleet size -

A320-200=123 aircrafts

A320 neo=100 aircrafts(232 aircrafts on order)

A321 neo=14 aircrafts( 384 aircrafts on order)

ATR-72=25 aircrafts (25 on order)

Indigo is a low cost Carrier airline in India which has 262 aircrafts in service and total 641 on order 🤗😇 ( cool ) 

3.spice jet fleet- 

B737-700=7 aircrafts

B737-800= 51 aircrafts

B737-900= 1 ( 15 on order)

B737-900 ER=4 aircrafts

bombardier dash-8 q400 NG( next generation)=9 aircrafts

bombardier dash-8 q400= 22 aircrafts

B737-8 max=13 aircrafts

SpiceJet operational aircrafts are 115 .

 

4. Goair fleet size-

A320-200= 16 aircrafts

A320 neo= 35 aircrafts

Go air has only 51 aircrafts in service Go air also a low cost Carrier in India but go air airline has highest OTP( on time performance) in India nearly about 85 percent as per dgca India

5. Air vistara fleet size-

A320-200= 13 aircrafts

A320 neo=19 aircrafts ( total 41 on order)

A321 neo- 0 aircrafts ( total 6 on order)

B737-800= 7 aircrafts

B787-9 =1 in service ( total 5 on order)

Vistara airlines operational aircrafts are 40 and total 47 on order

6.air Asia fleet size in India-

A320-200= 66 aircrafts

A320 neo=29 aircrafts (11 on order)

A321 neo= 5 aircrafts ( total 353 on order)

Air Asia fleet size in phillipines-

A320-200= 24 aircrafts

Air Asia fleet size in Indonesia-

A320-200= 28 aircrafts

Air Asia fleet size in Thailand-

A320-200=49 aircrafts

A320 neo= 11 aircrafts ( total 1 on order)

A321 neo=2 aircrafts ( total 11 on order)

Air Asia fleet size in Japan-

A320 -200= 3 aircrafts

Air Asia x in berhad-

A330-900= 24 aircrafts

A321 XLR= ( 30 on order)

A330-900 = ( 51 on order)

A350-1000= ( 27 on order)

  All the orders of aircrafts are delayed due to covid-19

  India is looking for first A380 biggest passenger jet let see who will buy the first
